Information you choose to send

Our forms request your name, phone number, city, ZIP code, vehicle details, service choice and any notes you provide. The contact form also lets you ask a general question. We use this information to respond, review coverage, discuss the vehicle and coordinate a potential service visit.

Do not include payment card details, passwords, identification documents or other sensitive information in a request. An exact service address can be confirmed privately when needed.

Contact about your request

The form asks for permission to call or text you about the request you submit. That permission is not consent to unrelated marketing messages. A submitted request is not a confirmed appointment, purchase or authorization to begin repairs.

Website hosting and form processing

The website is designed to be hosted on Netlify. On the live Netlify deployment, form submissions are processed through Netlify Forms and made available to the business through its configured account and notifications. The business must configure access and notification recipients before relying on the forms.

Hosting and form services may process technical information needed to deliver and protect their services. This notice does not replace those providers’ own terms or privacy notices.

Referral information

The website can record the referring website’s hostname and campaign source supplied in the page URL. It carries these source labels between pages in internal links and includes them in a submitted form. It does not place your name, phone number, vehicle details or form message in these links, and it does not use browser storage for referral tracking.

No advertising pixel or analytics tracker is included in this build. The typography uses Google Fonts, which requires your browser to request font files from Google. Opening an external map or a related website takes you to that provider’s service.

Google Calendar scheduling

When a public Google Calendar appointment link is connected, the booking page offers a button that takes you to Google to select an appointment. Information you enter there is handled through that scheduling service. No Google Calendar embed loads in the background on this site.

Access, correction and deletion requests

Use the contact form and describe the information you want corrected or deleted. We may need enough information to identify the request and verify that it relates to you. Do not send additional sensitive data to prove your identity through this form.

We use request information for customer communication and service administration. Information may need to be retained for operational or legal reasons; ask us about your specific record rather than assume immediate deletion.

Updates

If the business adds a phone line, analytics, advertising, payments or another booking provider, this notice should be reviewed to match the actual setup. Questions can be sent through the contact page.
